Keith Cowing Function: Education and Public Outreach Affiliation: SpaceRef Interactive Inc. Keith Cowing is trained as a biologist and has a background that ranges from spacecraft payload integration and biomedical peer review to writing and website authoring. Keith is editor of NASA Watch and SpaceRef.com. Keith served as an organizer and co-editor for the NASA Administrator's Symposium "Risk and Exploration: Earth, Sea, and the Stars" in 2004. Keith is currently co-chair of a "Risk and Exploration: Earth As A Classroom", to be held at Louisiana State University in October 2007. In 2002 SpaceRef donated a greenhouse. Keith will be visiting again in 2007 as part of a Mars Institute/Challenger Center education and outreach activity "Earth as a Classroom".
