This morning I walked with Ron Sidgreaves [left] and David Rosenbush [right] (both of Hamilton Sundstrand) through "Pete Conrad Valley" behind Tent City, through a network of valleys, to get some good exercise for the day.

The construction of the NASA HMP base camp's core module is almost complete. Next summer, the project's tent modules will be permanently connected to the core.

Rick McCluskey, MD (NASA JSC flight surgeon) gave a talk this evening about the toxicity of Moon and Mars dust in relation to the health of astronauts.
